K1 Line plastic

K1 is Kastaplast's premium blend and the plastic most of its lineup launches in. It is firm without being slick, holds its shape through tree hits, and offers reliable grip in the hand rather than the tackiness of a baseline blend.

It beats in slowly, so a K1 mold keeps its original stability far longer than the same mold in K3, which is the trade for a higher price. Kastaplast also runs K1 Soft for putters that want more give, K1 Glow for low light, and K1 Grind, which the company says is made from reclaimed K1 production material and performs the same as standard K1.
