Mint Discs discs

Mint Discs is an Austin, Texas manufacturer founded in 2015. It spent roughly two years in development before launching its first disc, the Alpha, in April 2017.

The brand is unusual for treating each run as a collectible object rather than just stock: it stamps discs with a serial number system and puts significant weight on disc artwork, and its annual Mystery Box releases are sold before the mold inside is revealed. Several of those boxes later became named molds in their own right. Mold names lean on animals and food.

Mint does not mold its own discs. The catalog was produced by MVP, and in July 2025 the company announced a second manufacturing agreement with Prodigy Disc, saying the existing MVP-made molds would stay with MVP while new ones, beginning with the Idol, would come from Prodigy's Georgia factory. Plastics run from the durable premium Apex down through Eternal and Nocturnal, with Royal and Sublime covering putter feels, Elixir and Mint Recycled alongside them, and swirled Signature Apex runs used for limited releases.
