Trek

The Trek is a fairway driver from Vibram Disc Golf, the disc golf venture of the Italian rubber-sole maker Vibram, which made discs from a rubber compound rather than plastic in an original run from roughly 2008 to 2018. TryDiscs files it as a control driver. Positioning language about a straighter complement to the Ascent belongs to the closely named Trak, whose own archived page carries it; no Trek product page survives in the archive. The PDGA lists a "Trek" (cert 11-07) and, months later, a "Trak" (cert 11-21); the relationship between the two is not documented in a first-party source, so they are distinct registrations. Vibram exited disc golf in 2018.
