Mercenary

The Mercenary is rated 6/5/-2/1. A -2 turn with a single point of fade at speed 6 suggests an easy, understable fairway flight: flat releases drift right for a right-hand backhand before a soft left ending, and lower power gets a straight, gentle flier out of it.

Remix's copy addresses both ends of the field: it calls the mold a slower-speed fairway driver suited to learning that class of disc, says experienced players get hyzer-flip to flat flights and smooth turnovers from it, and says newer players get a straight, point-and-shoot flier. That framing agrees with the numbers.

It is sold in Sport plastic and was PDGA approved on 27 March 2023. TryDiscs files it as a control driver.
