The Rig is a control driver rated 6/6/-2/2. Two points of turn against two of fade suggest a gliding, gently understable flight that drifts right at speed for a right-hand backhand before a moderate finish; slower arms tend to see less of that drift. Its turn rating suggests it is less suited to players prioritizing resistance to high-speed turnover. Lone Star Disc introduced it as a 6-speed, semi-understable fairway driver and calls it a low-speed utility disc, pitched at newer players and veterans alike. The PDGA approved it on 27 October 2025 (25-163). TryDiscs lists it in five of the brand's plastics, including Bravo and Lima.
