The Brave is Latitude 64's easygoing fairway driver, rated 7/6/-1/2: a slightly understable flight with big glide that hands real fairway distance to smooth, moderate arms. It was built on the design of the Explorer, the brand's workhorse fairway, trading a little stability for extra glide and a friendlier turn.

It belongs to the Royal generation, molded with Latitude 64's NexEdge and NexFeel finishing so the rim and flight plate feel seamless, and it sells here in Opto, Gold, Royal Grand, and grippy Project Grip runs.

  • Is the Latitude 64 Brave good for beginners?
    Very much so. The Brave is a slightly understable, high-glide control driver that is easy to throw far without a lot of arm speed, which makes it a great distance-upgrade disc for amateurs. It is forgiving on hyzer-flip and straight shots while still being useful to advanced players for controlled anhyzers.

  • What kind of shots is the Brave best for?
    Straight-to-turnover lines. Its glide and gentle turn make it ideal for hyzer flips to flat, long anhyzers, and flex shots, and it finishes with just a mild fade so it will not dump hard at the end. Stronger players use it as a controllable anhyzer and touch fairway driver.
