Shryke

The Shryke is a fast, easy-to-throw distance driver rated 13/6/-2/2, with a mild high-speed turn that flows into big glide and only a gentle fade at the end (for a right-handed backhand). Innova's pitch is distance made accessible: the speed and glide do the work while the modest turn and fade keep it on the fairway rather than diving out.

It suits a wide range of arms, giving lower-power players reachable distance and stronger players a controllable high-speed line. Innova describes it as similar to the Tern but faster and slightly more stable at high speed, so it is the pick if the Tern turns too much for you. Thrown flat it glides long; on a hyzer angle it holds. It is a shallow, beadless speed-13 rim.

Approved in 2016, the Shryke slotted in as a faster, more forgiving companion to the Tern in Innova's understable-distance lineup.

Star and GStar fly the most understable and glidey; Champion holds the more stable end and lasts longer.
