Commander

The Commander is a discontinued Innova midrange rated 5/3/0/4, a very overstable, low-glide mold that flies straight and finishes with a strong, dependable fade to the left (for a right-handed backhand). It was a utility and wind mid built to hold an overstable line.

That strong fade and minimal glide suited forehand (sidearm) approaches, spike hyzers and headwind shots where a straighter mid would flip. It is a beadless mid with a hard finish. It has since left the active lineup, an overstable mid from Innova's catalog.

Approved in 2015, the Commander is a discontinued overstable midrange.

Older runs turn up secondhand, where the strong, wind-fighting fade remains its character.
