Aero

The Aero is a slow, glidey putt-and-approach disc rated 3/6/0/0, a large-diameter, neutral-flying putter with a remarkable amount of glide that flies extremely straight and stays easy to keep on the fairway. It is a beginner-friendly, one-disc-round classic.

Its big glide and straight, neutral flight are what make it so forgiving: it goes where you aim it and, once broken in, turns over slowly and predictably for gentle turnover lines. That approachability made it a foundational control disc. The Aero holds a unique place in the sport's history: introduced in 1983, originally as the Eagle, it was the first disc designed specifically for disc golf. It is a large, beadless putter. Its low speed means it is a short-game and control disc rather than a distance one.

The Aero is, quite literally, where the modern disc golf disc began, and it remains a straight, glidey control disc today.
