Mako

The Mako is a straight, neutral midrange rated 4/5/0/0, a no-turn, no-fade disc that takes and holds whatever angle you release it on: turnovers stay turned, hyzers stay hyzer, and straight shots fly dead straight. Its glide and honesty make it excellent for threading narrow, wooded fairways.

That neutral flight is the whole point: with no built-in turn or fade to plan around, it goes exactly where you aim it, which makes it a precise control mid for technical lines. It has good glide for carry. Because it has no fade, it is not a wind-fighter or an overstable finishing mid; it favors calm, controlled accuracy. It is a beadless, moderately deep mid.

Approved in 2009, the Mako was later succeeded by the lower-profile, more torque-resistant Mako3, which became the popular current version; the original Mako is now discontinued.

It was offered in premium Star plastic for durability and grip.
