Zone OS

The Zone OS takes the Zone's approach-disc formula and pushes it further overstable, rated 4/2/1/5: it will not turn, it barely glides, and it hooks left hard and early (for a right-hand backhand). It is a utility approach disc for wind, forehands, and spike hyzers; players wanting touch and float should look at softer-flying approach discs.

The +1 turn and fade 5 mean the finish is dependable even at high power, which is the appeal: overpowered upshots, gusts, and flicks all end the same way, short and left. The shallow, low-glide profile sits naturally in power grips.

Discraft certified the Zone OS in March 2023 (PDGA cert 23-64), the first of a wave of Zone-family expansions that added GT versions in 2024 and an SS in 2025, and it slotted straight into the utility slot for players who found the standard Zone not quite stable enough.

Putter Line and Putter Line Soft are the baseline feels, Jawbreaker adds the firmer chalky blend, Z Line and Z Sparkle cover durable premium, and the Signature Tour Series ESP runs carry team stamps.
