Nebula

The Nebula is a discontinued Discraft midrange rated 5/4/-0.5/2: nearly neutral off the hand with a modest, reliable fade, the all-purpose flight profile most players want from a single do-everything mid. It suited straight lines, slight turnovers, and honest finishes at everyday power.

The half-point of turn is the character note: enough workability to hold a dead-straight line at moderate speed without flipping, with the fade doing cleanup at the end.

The mold began as the prototype for Discraft's 2008 Ace Race (PDGA cert 08-36, approved that November), the annual event thrown entirely with an unreleased disc, and it earned a run in the standard lineup before being retired.

Used and remaining copies circulate in Z Line and Big Z, swirled Z and ESP Sparkle variants, and Tour Series Z stamps; premium plastic is the safer bet for original flight when buying used.
