The MD2 is a classic Discmania straight midrange from the brand's Innova-made era, loved for a quick, accurate 4/5/0/2 flight that holds whatever line you put it on and finishes with a gentle forward fade instead of a hard dump. That point-and-shoot reliability made it a staple for rec players and touring pros alike, most commonly in grippy D-Line and premium C-Line plastic. The mold has since been discontinued, with Discmania pointing players toward the MD3 and Maestro for similar straight-mid duties, so remaining copies circulate through secondhand markets and occasional throwback runs.
