Among the FD-series entries in this catalog, its rim matches the FD3's 2.0 cm width and is wider than the 1.7 to 1.8 cm rims of the FD, FD1 and FD2, while its height is lower than the FD3's 1.7 cm. The approval sample is translucent yellow with the name handwritten on the flight plate, and its molded lettering includes “Made in Sweden by Discmania.” As of September 2026, no FD4 product page or named plastic run could be found on Discmania's store. Players choosing by a stated stability should wait for the launch details rather than infer a flight from the mold's place in the FD naming sequence.
