Puppy

The Puppy, certified in 1980 (80-01), is an early disc golf putter from Jan Sobel's California brand, which released discs as Destiny, Dreamflights, and Destiny/Dynamic Disc, which is not the modern Dynamic Discs company; that brand arrived decades later. It is one of the early disc golf putters, from the small group of golf discs that predated Innova's Aero. It predates four-number flight ratings, and none surfaced in the sources traced for this page. Sobel registered a Super Puppy the same day; the surviving history describes it as an altered version of the Puppy mold, and the PDGA lists near-identical dimensions for the two.
