The Pteranodon is Daredevil's glide-focused midrange, rated 4/6/-2/1. It suits straight-to-turning throws and gentle shaping through confined fairways. Daredevil describes a small bead and recommends the disc for both newer and experienced players. The current Ultra Performance version uses an opaque material that the maker says has added grip and flexibility compared with its firmer transparent material. Its modest finish and substantial glide are useful when the shot needs carry rather than a sharp landing bend.

The Daredevil Pteranodon has only 4 reviews so far, so one opinion can swing the picture. That's why there's no star average yet.

Try Discs adds up reviews from six disc golf stores, so you see what players think across stores, not just at one shop. Reviews are great for spotting proven, popular discs. Take the details with a grain of salt, though: runs, plastics and skill level all change how a disc flies, so your experience may vary.
