Disk took a couple weeks more than usual to arrive. I don't know if he only mailed it after I emailed him about it, but his excuse was that he has a day job and only does this part-time. Offered me a 15% coupon for the delay. I don't think I'll be using it; the arrogant attitude I got in email was a bridge-burner for me, and I wouldn't want a next order to be at a time when he decided it's not a profitable business for him and stopped shipping altogether.
