Chinook
DISCONTINUEDmore_horiz
The Chinook is a putt and approach disc rated 2/3/0/1. Slow, low-glide numbers with a single point of fade suggest a short, settling putter flight that ends with only a gentle left lean for a right-hand backhand. It is not a disc for stretching distance.
A chinook is the warm, dry wind that descends the eastern side of the Rocky Mountains, keeping the weather register Windward Discs uses across its molds; the brand's own name means towards the wind. The PDGA approved it on 11 April 2022, the middle number of the brand's same-day trio, and the sample photographed for that record is an unstamped translucent blue blank. No working brand site surfaced in the sources traced for this page as of September 2026.
TryDiscs holds no plastics rows for it yet as of September 2026.
