The Thunder God Thor is Viking Discs' very fast distance driver rated 14/5/0/2. Its no-turn rating and moderate fade suit powerful drives and long hyzers, with a substantial speed demand compared with ordinary fairway placement discs. Viking recommends it to power throwers and forehand players and describes a broad rim. The manufacturer also identifies angled flex releases as a way to get a straighter central flight before the fade. The PDGA approved Thunder God Thor on 17 January 2017 (17-03).

4.122 reviews from 1 store

Try Discs adds up reviews from six disc golf stores, so you see what players think across stores, not just at one shop. Reviews are great for spotting proven, popular discs. Take the details with a grain of salt, though: runs, plastics and skill level all change how a disc flies, so your experience may vary.
