The M01 is Torch Discs' mold that retailers list as a fairway driver, though Torch's own shop classifies it as a midrange, rated 7/5/-1/2. Its workable turn and moderate fade suit straight fairway lines and controlled shaping, while the 1.9 cm rim keeps it in the control-driver range. Torch Discs describes excellent grip and a stable release, saying even beginners can feel the pleasure of flying the disc straight; retailer Yokai Disc carries that wording in translation.

Yokai lists the Japan-made M01 in stock at roughly 148 to 159 grams. Its certified dimensions exactly match the PDGA's Torch entry, approved July 17, 2023 under certification 23-187.
