Tasma

The Tasma is rated 9/4/-1/1. A single point of turn against a single point of fade suggests a workable fairway flight, gentle right drift at speed and a soft left finish for a right-hand backhand; TryDiscs files it as a control driver, and the disc's own stamp calls it a väylädraiveri, a compound of väylä, a channel or fairway, and the Finnish loan draiveri. It is not a disc for a hard, early fade.

It opened the record of Taito Frisbeegolf, the Finnish brand whose name is the Finnish word for skill: the PDGA approved it on 29 August 2022 alongside the Tykki and the Varma, three consecutively numbered certifications issued the same day. The sample photographed for that record prints a flight panel matching the figures carried here, the line PDGA hyväksytty, and the tagline kotimaista taitoa, domestic skill, a play on the brand's name. The certification record and the stamp both spell the mold with umlauts, as Täsmä, where this site prints it without them.
