Tarkka

SMALL BRAND
Putt & Approach
The Tarkka is a putt and approach disc rated 2/4/0/1. Slow numbers with 4 glide and a single point of fade suggest a straight, floating putter flight that leans only gently left at the end for a right-hand backhand. It is not a disc for forcing a hard left finish. Its name is the Finnish word for accurate or precise, fitting for the putter of Taito Frisbeegolf, whose own name is the Finnish word for skill. The mold has an unusual paper trail: the PDGA certified it three separate times, once per plastic, starting with a Basic Soft run on 5 September 2022 and adding Ultrium and Premium runs on 21 November 2022. Its certification pages carry no sample photographs. TryDiscs records an Ultrium run of the mold as of September 2026; the Basic Soft and Premium runs named in the certification record are not yet in our plastics data.
