Theodore

The Theodore is SaddleBack Discs' first disc, a 3D-printed approach putter. Founder Cameron Maxwell published its flight as 3/3/0/2 when announcing the release, and sells it direct through the brand's Etsy shop and at Bomb City Discs. He also licenses the STL file, so buyers can print the mold themselves.

The PDGA approved it on May 11, 2026 under certification 26-64, recording a 21.1 cm diameter, a narrow 0.9 cm rim, 1.6 cm height and 1.3 cm rim depth, which matches the shallow putter profile.

It is printed in TPU rather than injection-moulded, a filament Maxwell chose specifically for impact resistance, so there is no branded plastic family. The cert sample carries a hexagonal SBD stamp.
