MX-2

The MX-2 is an overstable Prodigy midrange rated 5/4/0/3: no turn and a strong, reliable fade, built as a torque-resistant utility and forehand mid. It holds its line into wind and finishes left dependably, which makes it a control disc for flex lines and sidearm approaches rather than a straight glider.

The MX Series runs a slightly smaller diameter and slimmer profile than Prodigy's M Series, with a beadless grip that fits any hand. The MX-2 carries stability similar to the M1 but with more glide and a later fade, so it stays workable before it comes back.

It began as a Prodigy Club member exclusive in the Q3 2023 box (originally the "Prodigy Club Midrange"); member feedback set its final flight numbers and name, and it launched to the full lineup in 2024.
