Launcher

The Launcher is a distance driver rated 13/5/-1/3. A single point of turn against a 3 fade at speed 13 suggests a power S-line: some early right drift for a right-hand backhand, then a firm finish, with the full flight reserved for genuinely fast arms.

It comes from Northstar, a small Danish brand whose distributor listings describe insanely good length in this mold and note that every Northstar driver is made in understable (US), neutral (NS) and overstable (OS) runs of the same disc; this page is the neutral one, sold alongside the Launcher OS and Launcher US. One quirk is disclosed rather than resolved: the listing disagrees with itself, its body text giving 12/5/-1/3, one speed point under the figure its own flight widget and this page agree on.

TryDiscs records C-Line (Northstar) and NS-Line runs. PDGA approval came on 21 February 2022, the brand's first certification, with a quiet re-certification in February 2023.
