Orion LT

Control Driver
The Orion LT (Long Turn) is an understable addition to Millennium's Orion driver family, and Millennium rates it 9/5/-3/1. On those numbers it turns over more than it fades, so it is less suited to headwinds or to lines that depend on a strong finish. Millennium aims the high glide at two kinds of thrower. For powerful players it lists finesse lines, narrow tunnels and rollers; for slower arm speeds it describes a hyzer that flips up to straight, easy distance and long carry with the wind behind. As of October 19, 2026, the older Orion LF and Orion LS both carry speed 9 and a -1 turn on Try Discs, so Millennium's rating for the LT keeps that speed with a turn two points more negative. The PDGA approved it as the Orion Long Turn on October 19, 2026 (certification 26-133, 176.0 g maximum weight). Millennium calls it the first addition to the Orion series since 2006, alongside the Long Fade and Long Straight; the PDGA approved the Orion LS in March 2005 and the Orion LF in February 2006. Its certified shape stays close to theirs: the same 1.9 cm rim width, a 21.2 cm diameter against their 21.1 cm, and a 1.1 cm rim depth against their 1.2 cm. Millennium released it as a limited edition tied to the 2026 United States Disc Golf Championship, carrying Calvin Heimburg's signature, and says each sale supports Heimburg's tour. The first run is Quantum Fusion, a split-color plastic that Millennium says joins the grip of its Sirius blend to the durability and flex of Quantum. As of October 19, 2026, Millennium's store offers it in blue, merlot, orange and purple from 160 to 175 g. Try Discs lists it in Quantum Fusion.
