The Beginner Beaded Mid-Range is rated 3/3/0/2. Zero turn into a 2 fade suggests a slow, stable midrange flight with a dependable left finish for a right-hand backhand. It is not a disc for stretching glide.
It is the beaded half of Kestrel Outdoors' midrange pair, listed separately here from the beadless version, with the bead field on this page agreeing with the name. TryDiscs splits the mold into beaded and beadless rows, and both point to the PDGA's single Beginner Mid-Range certification of 15 March 2018, part of the function-named trio that opened the Utah brand's record. No standalone listing with printed flight numbers for the beaded version was live in the sources traced for this page as of August 2026.
TryDiscs records a Kestrel Basic run of the mold.
