Leopard3

Innova released the Leopard3 in 2015, though it technically was not PDGA approved until 2017. This is because the “3” molds by Innova are typically just flattened versions of the original disc, and thus are not technically new molds. In this case, the Leopard3 was a flattened Leopard, which resulted in higher speed, lower glide, and much more torque resistance. It is essentially a step up from the Leopard in every way, and has become very popular in its own right, if not more so than its predecessor. The Leopard3 has almost entirely replaced the Leopard among pros, with top players like Ohn Scoggins, Nate Sexton, and Garrett Gurthie being known to throw these. Collectible versions include Scoggins and Drew Gibson Leopard3’s.
