The Javelin is Gateway's most aggressive distance driver, taking its shape from the Spirit with a deeper rim, a flatter top, and a slightly larger wing. It is rated 13/5/0/3. Truly powerful arms get a long, fast flight, while most players will find it a trustworthy utility driver for headwinds, forehands, and any shot that needs to hold its line and finish hard. Gateway molds it in a blend of their NXT and Platinum plastics. The PDGA approved it in May 2024 under certification 24-106.

DiameterHow wide the disc is, edge to edge. Almost every disc is 21 to 22 cm.

Rim DepthHow deep the rim is underneath, where your fingers grip. Putters have the deepest rims.
