Tanto

As of July 29, 2026, the Tanto is a newly approved driver-class mold from Forge Discs with no published flight numbers. Its 2.1 cm rim is slightly wider than the Fuller's and puts it squarely in distance-driver width, but rim width alone cannot establish speed, glide, turn, fade, or stability.

The PDGA approved the Tanto on July 8, 2026 under certification 26-94.Forge released the Tanto as a first run in August 2026 and describes it as having a wide rim and blade-like edge, making it the most stable flight of all Forge discs. Its final flight rating, retail material options, and release timing remain unconfirmed.
