Ash

The Ash is Forge Discs' first midrange, a 3D-printed mold rated 5/3/0/1. Forge gives it a shallower rim than the Nail and describes it as a mostly straight flyer that Forge describes as having a touch of understability, though Forge's own stability note for the mold reads simply “stable”, enough glide to reach beyond approach range, and a small finishing fade. The manufacturer also emphasizes consistency across its many color and flight-plate patterns.

The PDGA approved the Ash on October 14, 2024 under certification 24-207. Its 1.0 cm rim is narrow even for a midrange, matching Forge's goal of a comfortable step up in speed from the Nail.
