The PDGA approved Ingot on March 3, 2025 under certification 25-32. First-run discs were distributed in player packs for the Woodlands Walleye Run in Perrysburg, Ohio before appearing at retailers. Those sellers noted that Flight Forge had not yet named the material, and no later manufacturer plastic taxonomy was discoverable, so the unnamed first-run compound is not treated as a plastic family.
