DolphinPapaDisc

The DolphinPapaDisc is a roughly 100 g, Fastback-style flying disc from Japan's Dolphin Papa, sold in two recycled forms: a 100% Tsushima ocean-plastic version and a blended version. Dolphin Papa says it grinds retired or damaged 175 g ultimate discs and blends that material with recycled marine-plastic pellets from Tsushima. The wide 23.4 cm diameter and narrow 0.7 cm rim identify it as a catch-and-recreation design rather than a conventional golf putter.

The maker designed it to be easy for younger elementary-school children to throw and describes uses in school ultimate, adaptive flying-disc events, disc dog, and recreation. The PDGA approved DolphinPapaDisc on May 26, 2025 under certification 25-78, but neither the certification nor the maker publishes a four-number golf flight rating. TryDiscs currently groups catch-style discs under Putt & Approach, so that label should not be read as a claim about this mold's intended golf flight.
