Pulse

The Pulse is a discontinued distance driver rated 11/4/0/3: no turn, moderate glide, and a firm finish. It was a power thrower's driver of the mid-2000s, holding its line in wind and ending every flight with the same left hook.

Its lane was dependable distance rather than shape-shifting: point it, power it, and plan for the fade.

Approved in June 2006 (PDGA cert 06-29), a few months after the Surge in Discraft's mid-decade driver push, it was eventually retired from the lineup.
