MRV

The MRV is a discontinued Discraft midrange from the turn of the millennium, certified in January 2000 (PDGA cert 00-01, the first Discraft certification number of that year). It arrived a year and a half after the similarly named MRX, in the quiet stretch of the company's mid row before the Wasp and Buzzz gave it a lasting shape.

The mold left the lineup long ago and carries no published flight numbers here. Its PDGA record lists a 176.8-gram maximum weight, and surviving copies are era pieces, collector fare from the years when Discraft's midrange identity was still settling.
