Flash

The Flash is a discontinued Discraft distance driver rated 10/5/-2/3: real turn followed by a real fade, the classic S-curve recipe. In its day it was a maximum-distance disc; by modern standards the flight reads as controllable distance that moderate arms can use fully.

The -2 turn opens lines at ordinary power, and the fade 3 brings it home rather than letting it drift off the fairway. Well-worn copies slide toward turnover and roller duty, typical of the stability class.

Approved in April 2004 (PDGA cert 04-03), the Flash ran through the 2000s before the lineup's faster generations displaced it, and it has been retired since.

Copies circulate in ESP and Z Line, plus Big Z and swirled runs in both ESP and Z for collectors.
