The Torque is a discontinued Discraft midrange certified in September 2006 (PDGA cert 06-41), from the same mid-2000s stretch that produced the Surge and Pulse. Its lineup life was strikingly brief: production reportedly stopped within weeks of certification over flight-consistency problems, which would make it one of the shortest-lived molds in the company's catalog. It carries no published flight numbers here. Its PDGA record lists a 179.3-gram maximum weight, standard for a midrange of its diameter, and surviving copies circulate among collectors of the company's 2000s molds.
