Discraft Torque

The Torque is a discontinued Discraft midrange certified in September 2006 (PDGA cert 06-41), from the same mid-2000s stretch that produced the Surge and Pulse. Its lineup life was strikingly brief: production reportedly stopped within weeks of certification over flight-consistency problems, which would make it one of the shortest-lived molds in the company's catalog.

It carries no published flight numbers here. Its PDGA record lists a 179.3-gram maximum weight, standard for a midrange of its diameter, and surviving copies circulate among collectors of the company's 2000s molds.

It is listed with the brand qualifier in its name because another manufacturer's Torque shares the bare name.
