Buzzz OS

The Buzzz OS is the overstable member of Discraft's Buzzz midrange family, rated 5/4/0/3: it holds a line briefly, refuses to turn over, and finishes with an early, dependable fade to the left (for a right-hand backhand). It is the pick for players who love the Buzzz feel but need a mid that stands up to wind and power; slower arms looking for long straight glide will find it stubborn.

The appeal is trust. Throw it flat and it fades; throw it on hyzer and it fades harder; put real power or a forehand on it and it still refuses to flip. That torque resistance makes it a favorite overstable approach and headwind mid, and the rim keeps the familiar shallow, comfortable Buzzz-family feel in a beadless profile. Expect the fade to arrive confidently even at casual power.

Discraft added the OS in 2014 (PDGA cert 14-58, approved that July), rounding out the family that also includes the flippier Buzzz SS, and it has appeared in a steady stream of special runs since, including Ledgestone editions.

Pro-D is the budget entry, Z Line and ESP are the standard premium picks, and the FLX blends (Z FLX, CryZtal FLX) add a grippier, flexible feel that many prefer in cold weather. Titanium, CryZtal, and the Tour Series stamps run collectible.
