The PDGA approved it on September 21, 2026 as certification 26-128, a separate approval from the 2020 Essence. The certified sample measures 21.2 cm across and 1.9 cm high with a 1.9 cm rim, each slightly larger than the original Essence's certified figures. Discmania says its Premier Technology moves weight from the flight plate into the rim to raise spin and spin retention, and that in this mold the result is a tighter turn and more glide; against the standard Essence, its rating moves glide from 6 to 7 and turn from -2 to -1. As of September 2026, Discmania's Premier Essence collection page listed no products for sale, so no stock plastic run is recorded here. Players who want a fairway driver with a firm, overstable finish should look elsewhere in the lineup.
