This listing covers the original Innova-made MD5, produced before Discmania took manufacturing in-house in mid-2021. Compared with the current MD5, the Innova version has a chunkier beaded rim and a deeper feel often likened to Innova's Gator, and its 5/3/0/4 flight ends in a dumpier, more abrupt fade rather than the modern version's forward push. It filled the overstable mid slot for the first generation of MD5 fans and remains findable on the secondhand market, but it is out of production, with the current Discmania-made MD5 carrying the name forward.
