The Merlin is Daredevil's very fast, overstable distance driver, rated 14/5/-1/4. Limited turn and a heavy finish suit powered distance shots that need to come back strongly. A slower thrower may see mainly the fade, so it is a demanding choice for learning basic driver distance. Daredevil presents the Merlin as a distance disc for windy play and produces it in Flex Performance. The maker describes that transparent material as flexible and grippy, and recommends it for colder conditions.

The Daredevil Merlin has only 2 reviews so far, so one opinion can swing the picture. That's why there's no star average yet.

Try Discs adds up reviews from six disc golf stores, so you see what players think across stores, not just at one shop. Reviews are great for spotting proven, popular discs. Take the details with a grain of salt, though: runs, plastics and skill level all change how a disc flies, so your experience may vary.
