The PDGA approved it on Feb 8, 2018 under certification 18-11, recording a 21.2 cm diameter, 0.8 cm rim, 2.1 cm height, and 1.6 cm rim depth. The very narrow rim and tall, deep profile are classic putter proportions, though they cannot establish speed, glide, turn, fade, or stability.

It comes from Albatross Disc Golf, a disc golf company based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota that also runs the Albatross Disc Golf Tour. It is one of six molds Albatross certified together on a single day in February 2018, the brand's original lineup.
