Trash Panda discs

Trash Panda Disc Golf was started by Jesse in his garage in Littleton, Colorado in 2020, with the goal of making high-performance discs from recycled plastic. He built a makeshift injection-molding setup and documented the development process on YouTube, building a community around the project as it grew from a garage experiment into a full disc manufacturer.

Its first disc, the Inner Core, was released in premium plastic made from 100% recycled material without additives. Trash Panda also produces a Baseline version made from recycled TPE combined with naturally occurring minerals such as calcium carbonate. Its discs are manufactured in Colorado.

The brand's mold names range from environmental and landscape themes such as Dune, Canyon and Ozone to names like Procyon, the genus that includes the raccoon behind the Trash Panda name, along with the Extraterrestrial series.

Trash Panda keeps its plastic naming deliberately simple. Premium discs use 100% recycled TPU, while Baseline uses recycled TPE with natural mineral additives for a tackier putter feel. Specialty and small-batch releases experiment with other recycled materials and blends. Trash Panda's first PDGA-approved mold was the Inner Core in September 2022.
